BellaVista Apartment is an apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building with panoramic views over the sea and the city of Ponta Delgada.
Located very close to the airport and the center of Ponta Delgada, it is a 5 minute walk from the main shopping center on the island, where you can enjoy the largest supermarket on the island, several restaurants, shops, pharmacy, cinema, taxi rank among others.
The space
The apartment consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed.
In addition, it has 1 WC, a large living room that benefits from plenty of natural light and access to a balcony, and a recently renovated kitchen that allows you to cook meals for a stay with family or friends.
The apartment is well equipped and in excellent condition. It has free parking space in front of the building and good Wi-Fi signal.

The building does not have an elevator.
Air conditioning is available exclusively in the living room.
We inform that check-ins, between 9 pm and 8 am, have an extra cost of 15€, that is charged in the moment of the check-in.
Standard check-in time is after 4 pm. It can be any time if the house is available. It has to be confirmed first.
The standard check-out time is 12:00 pm. It can be any time if the house is available. It has to be confirmed first.
