About the Accomodation
Due to its location and amenities, EG Ocean View is the perfect accommodation if you are looking for a stay close to the beach and also close to the center of Ponta Delgada city. Since it is close to 3 beaches you can enjoy a morning dive, or if you prefer you can take a walk or even practice jogging, on the avenues close to the ocean, that connect São Roque parish and the center of Ponta Delgada city. And also in the house you will find two electric scooters that you can use for free.
The space
EG Ocean View is a house with two floors. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom.
On the first floor, in an open space, you will find the kitchen and dining area and the living room, with a sofa bed with capacity for two more guests, and a bathroom without shower.
For greater comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and in the open space of the living room/kitchen.
As it is a beach house, you can find several items in the house such as: a beach umbrella, towels, beach rackets, a beach ball, diving goggles, among other amenities.
Equipped with a high speed internet (1000 Mbps), it can also be the ideal place for longer stays where you want to combine work and leisure.
Next to the house there are several convenience stores, fruit shops, pharmacies, a post office and some of the best known restaurants on the island.
There are two free parking spaces very close to the house, one in the parking lot of the beach and the other one in the parking of the church.
