About the Accomodation
Set in a huge farmhouse, you can enjoy the view to a forest and garden area, as well as the sense of quietness provided by the singing of the birds and the sense of privacy for your family conviviality.
On the farm you will find several fruit trees: custard apples, loquats, bananas, chestnuts, oranges, guavas, apple guava, lemons and persimmons.
The space
Quinta da Alvoinha has two floors. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, a common living room and dining room, a bathroom and a laundry room.
On the second floor, you will find another living room, a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals during your stay, two bathrooms and a bedroom. All the rooms in the house are air-conditioned, and there is a fireplace in the living room on the top floor. Both floors have a large outdoor balcony overlooking the garden.
You can also enjoy leisure activities like a picnic, or playing frisbee, or just walking and enjoying the plants and flowers.
The house is only 15 minutes from the center of Ribeira Grande, where you will find several restaurants, stores and the Areal de Santa Barbara, as well as the municipal swimming pools of Ribeira Grande, and 18 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada.

Standard check-in time is after 5 pm. It can be any time if the house is available. It has to be confirmed first.
