The check in is a crucial moment when approaching guests. It’s here where we can score some points through good service and friendliness. We chat and get to know our guests, making sure that they will feel at home.
We prepare your house previously turning on the lights, air conditioning or heating according to season. We also provide a welcoming basket that is the icing on the cake to receive our guests.
When receiving our guests, we give all the necessary explanations to the guests regarding some details of the house: TV, electronic equipment, outdoor equipment, pool… And we deliver them the key.
We check if everything is in the right place and if the house items, home appliances and other equipments are operating.
We make sure that the guests have a nice stay and if they are pleased with our work, we remember them to review us on the respective online booking platform.
We pick up the key and prepare an accomodation report so that later we can send it to the owner.
When it comes to comes to the cleanning service our team can take care of it or for you. However, if the owner prefers, he can hire any other cleanning company. In both cases we will supervise it and make sure that everything is ready for the next customers.
We also check the disposition of the furniture and the decoration to guarantee the harmony of the house. We can also take care of the maintenance of outdoor spaces, gardens, backyards and pools (additional service).
