After the reservation is booked, we immediately send a message to the guest to ensure that the guest knows who to contact. Afterwards we send an email to the guests to ensure we collect all the information to proceed with a comfortable and easy check-in and also to give some information about the accommodation and the island (places to visit, restaurant list, bars, museums, touristic activities, etc)

The cleaning service of all the surfaces and clothes from the house is very important for the guest's happiness and experience. For those reasons, our employeses go through an education program to ensure an excellence service

After the cleaning we go through the cleaning supervision to ensure that everything was prepared for our next guests.

We also verify the furniture and decoration placement to ensure the house harmony. We may also take care of the exterior, gardens, farms and pools maintenance (extra service)
